Cinnamon Roasted Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies


These cookies will be gone before you know it!


  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/3 cup PB Americano Cinnamon Roasted Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions: In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, Cinnamon Roasted Almond Butter, brown sugar and white sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla to the mixture, stirring until well combined.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually incorporate this dry mixture with the wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.

Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Drop teaspoons of dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes.

Let the cookies set on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
