  • 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup PB Americano Cinnamon Roasted Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Peanut Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • Maple Syrup Optional

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Set aside.
  2. In a different bowl, combine milk and remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Add to dry flour mixture, while stirring until smooth. Make sure no lumps remain!
  3. Heat a nonstick griddle or skillet. When hot, spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto the surface making sure it's evenly distributed.
  4. Turn your cinnamon roasted almond butter pancakes when they start to bubble and cook until golden brown. Enjoy your cinnamon roasted almond butter pancakes with a drizzle of maple syrup for even more fall flavor!
