Ingredients
  • 2 cups Your Favorite Pancake Mix
  • 2 Eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 8 tbsp PB Americano Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • Maple Syrup optional
  • 1 tsp Butter or Oil optional for pans that aren't non-stick

  • 2 cups Your Favorite Pancake Mix
  • 2 Eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 8 tbsp PB Americano Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • Maple Syrup optional
  • 1 tsp Butter or Oil optional for pans that aren't non-stick
Instructions
  1. Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, eggs, and milk. Once your cooking surface is nice and hot, begin to pour your pancake batter onto the hot griddle. Use a 1/4-cup measuring cup to pour 8 small pancakes. Then use a tablespoon to add 1 tbsp. of the PB Americano Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter into the center of each pancake.
  3. Using the remaining batter, pour a bit of the pancake mix to cover the tops of the pancakes, covering all of the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter.
  4. Once the underside of the pancake is golden brown, carefully flip the pancakes to cook the second side. Once the second side is gold brown, remove the pancakes from the heat and serve your Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter pancakes warm with optional syrup.
