Ingredients
- 1/2 cup PB Americano Classic Peanut Butter
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1/2 cup Cocoa
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup for natural sweetness
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Almond Milk
- Coconut Shreds optional for topping
- Blueberries optional for topping

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except for coconut shreds and blueberries) in a blender or food processor. Blend until fluffy and well incorporated.
- With a rubber spatula, scoop out blended contents into single serving pudding cups.
- Wrap with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for at least an hour.
- Add the toppings of your choice and dig in! Peanut butter avocado chocolate pudding is best consumed fresh, but can be stored for a few days.
