Yes, from breakfast to baking, peanut butter is a dream come true, but this spicy peanut butter mole sauce takes our Classic to the next level. Reinvent this classic by blending it with a colorful palette of spices. It pairs perfectly with any Southwest-inspired roasted chicken or vegetable dish.   • 1 1/2 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 2 Roasted Tomatoes
  • Handful Roasted Chile of Choice
  • 1 Bolilo or 2 Corn Tortillas, broken into crumbs
  • 1/3 cup PB Americano Classic Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Clove
  • 1/2 tsp Toasted Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chile Powder/Ancho Chile Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chipotle
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Generous amounts of your favorite hot sauce
  • Salt to taste
