Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 2 Roasted Tomatoes
  • Handful Roasted Chile of Choice
  • 1 Boliloor 2 Corn Tortillas, broken into crumbs
  • 1/3 cup PB Americano Classic Peanut Butter
  • 1/4cup Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2tsp Clove
  • 1/2tsp Toasted Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1tsp Chile Powder/Ancho Chile Powder
  • 1/4tsp Chipotle
  • 1/2tsp Cinnamon
  • Generous amounts of your favorite hot sauce
  • Salt to taste

  1. Purée all ingredients and cook on medium to low heat in a big pot until thickened.
